serene escape
attentive staff room privacy infinity pool
i found the staff attentive to detail (they even remembered my coffee order after the first morning!). the rooms offered high levels of privacy. the grounds featured lush gardens. i enjoyed having a spacious valley pool villa with an infinity pool that overlooked beautiful scenery.

the main pool featured a sun deck with 15 loungers and provided towel service. the gym offered basic equipment, including two treadmills, a stationary bike, and free weights. daily yoga classes were conducted in a dedicated open-air pavilion.

The staff was helpful in arranging transportation and local tours. room service delivered promptly with accurate orders. turndown service included fresh towels and bottled water. It was always a nice touch (i always appreciated it!).

spacious villa private pool birthday display comfortable experience
i stayed in a one-bedroom valley pool villa benefit and it was spacious. the private pool offered nice views. the staff surprised us with a happy birthday display and champagne. the manager gave us a tour of the hotel to ensure i was comfortable.
the private land location meant only overpriced local taxis were available.

the resort offers a communal pool with clear views of the jungle. there are many activities to participate in, and extras for special occasions are available, such as a complimentary foot massage. a traditional balinese dance show happens in the evening.

My Valley Pool Villa Benefit provided a jungle view. The villa included a private pool with comfortable loungers. The outdoor bathtub was a highlight , offering a unique bathing experience.
The minibar prices were slightly higher than local store prices.

beautiful design personal touch
The villa's design felt just beautiful, like a lover's whisper blending luxury with nature. each morning, waking to such a fine view, felt a honeymoon dream. the staff, they called me by name. It was a tender touch and the breakfast was a high note, a lover's serenade of tastes.
the drop off point for taxi's was at a distance.
